Combining the very best of hotel living with the convenience and security of self-catering, our ground floor studio let is great for a single traveller or couple. Accessed to the side of the building, this apartment benefits from a position set-back from the road, making it quiet and cosy. It offers a double bedroom area, living space and fully-fitted kitchen, complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Drawing on the influential character that is Kim Bailey, and his role as horserace trainer extraordinaire, our studio apartment offers a vibrant, comfortable space to relax and work. The flat features:

a fully-fitted and equipped kitchen, including hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and microwave
en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower

Handy location

Nicely put together room bathroom and kitchenette. Key is in a key safe, don't panic when it isn't in the key safe in the lobby because there's another key safe next to the room. Parking is tight but there's room to park on the road too.
