The flat has lovely original features including very high ceilings, cast iron radiators, wooden floors, shutters and a fireplace.

The apartment features an open plan kitchen/living area with breakfast bar, double bedroom and a brand new bathroom.

We have Netflix now , enjoy your night in

We also offer WIFI, lovely Egyptian cotton towels, linen and all the necessary toiletries. All our pillows are Hypo-Allergenic Breathable Pillows.

Mums & Dads needs some rest
We have a travel Cot, duvet, pillow, bedsheets for babies, as well as a high chair, cups, plates, cutlery, a baby towel with hood, toys, toilet seat, a baby bath , changing mat , baby with built in seat, baby /child cups, glasses , cutleries

We can provide more info with photos if it’s required

For Cot baby bedsheet , towels … we charge £15 to cover our laundry cost and our staff time . That amount will be request separately, that you need to confirm before the check in

Bed Arrangements
We understand single people sometimes don’t want to share beds or bedrooms. The price you are quoted is based on sharing beds & bedroom. If you don’t want to share the same bed and bedroom, we can arrange your settings with the sofa bed with full fresh bedsheets. For extra bedding, there will be a small charge of £25 to cover our laundry cost and our staff time.

Cyclist
As the apartment is on the ground floor there is a space next to the apartment door where you can leave your bicycles securely inside the building.

Parking
I will be providing street free permit parking

Laundry Service
We have high quality laundry service that only 5 min walking distance that you can drop in the morning and pick up in the late afternoon. They also give you 10% discount if you tell them you are my guests.

Access to the Apartment
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building. Access is at your convenience via keypad entry to the communal front door.

Guests have full access to the apartment.
Guest access
The apartment is on the Ground floor, and this apartment is the only one situated on this floor. There is a big door at the entrance of the building. There are only small 2 steps up to this door and the rest is all flat and very easy to access.

The apartment door also wide as well as the other doors inside of the apartment.

I have prepared a ‘Welcome binder’ where you can find all the necessary information about the Apartment. I have also added some information about Cheltenham’s history and some places that must be seen in Cheltenham & the Cotswolds.

* Requires the primary guest (the one making the booking) to be at least 25 years old. However, children can stay , as long as they are accompanied by an adult ( min 25 years old ) We can only accept max 2 baby or child in total . In total we can only accodamate 4 people
*We provide free permit parking for 1 car by the time of your check in and checkout times . Our guests are responsible to pass correct plate number . Beyond those time limits it’s your responsibility that you might get ticket without permit if you do not move your car.
*Important **By the time check in and check out process, while taking the key out or put back in to the lock box , you need to shuffle the numbers . This is very important for safety both for our guests and the property .
* Please take extra care of your keys . Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
* Please respect check in & check out times
* We have no shoes policy in the apartment due to noise level and hygiene reasons
* Please note that our community is very quiet and have close relationships with our neighbours. We ask that you respect our neighbours privacy and monitor noice level during the night time .
* Please do your dishes and put them back into cupboards where you took.
* There are recycling boxes , just right side of the main apartment door. Please do not put your rubbish at recycling bin . Bins are at the back of the apartment, and you will be inform where the bins are at the check in stage . We already provide the bin bags that you can use
* Please turn the heating down when you come out from the flat any time at your stay .
* Please turn off all the electrics when you come out from the flat any time at your stay .
* Please make sure oven and hob turned off before you leave the flat
* Please do not put the heating or electric on consistently, as the gas and electric went up dramatically, please be considerate. If you leave the heating or electric on all the time or too high unnecessarily , or long time period we will adjust it accordingly.
*Please do not over fill the bath , max level you can fill the water is under the overflow level . We will send you image before you check in . This might cause leak to downstairs and you will be charged the damages you caused .
* No unregistered guest allowed.
* Our guests are responsible to inform if they invite any friends or family members to visit them while at their visit .
* Please do not eat at off white sofa or in the bed .
* Please use the sheet has been provided if you would like to lay on off white sofa
*Ladies - please do remove your make up before go to bed or lay on the sofa . We provided a sheet you can put on off white sofa and our bed sheets white Egyptian cotton so no make up . If our guest cause any stains we need to charge them with dry cleaning and if the stains doesn’t come out , we have to replace the product has been stained. The guests will be responsible from the damages they caused .
* Please do not re arrange the furnitures
*Please do not move the kitchen island in any circumstances , there are electric cables underneath for fridge and plugs .
* Please take care of the furnishings .
* Please report any damage or broken item when accident occurs . The guests has obligation to pay any damage they caused .
*For the guests who stays more then 7 days , we provide free compulsory cleaning service with in a day we agree with our guests . So after 7 days for each week we provide free cleaning service ones a week . We also have service to change the bedsheets and towels with a small charge of £30
* We do not allow any parties .
* We do not allow smoking
* We do not allow any pets .
* No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
* We can immediately evict the guests who do not follow above the rules .
