“The airport hotel shuttle service was very convenient. I used it to go to a nearby store for a charger and a few essentials, and the process was quick and easy. The driver was friendly and prompt. Great service overall.”

There was not a comforter on the bed, just thin worn out blanket between 2 sheets. When i asked for a comforter or thicker blanket the lady at the front desk said the 2 sheets and blanket equals the thickness of a comforter. She refused to give me another blanket. ”

“The air conditioner in the room blue air, but it wasn’t cool. I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. I walked to the front desk and told the young men on staff and they had a very sarcastic. I don’t care attitude. At Continental breakfast in the morning I found it was very sparse and not what they advertised. Another person in there said their air-conditioning wasn’t working either while another said they were there because they saw waffles advertised on their continental……

“The staff was friendly, and helped with the items we needed in our room. The thing that you put your luggage on was missing a leg, and they sent another one up to our room with some additional towels and a sheet for the pull out couch.”
