「We booked 2 king size bed room but when we check in midnight. The reception checked us in in 2 twin bed room. And after complaining they can only change one room to king size.」

「What we liked was how close it was to the airport. What I did not like was going up to checkin was via metal stairs that ran outside of the building. Hygienic food not found nearby. It was an cheap place to stay for a couple of days.」

「 I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!」

「The only down side is there is no food or room service and the restaurants are not around. Have to use the food delivery services.」

「It is ok compare with cost. Just no separation between toilet and shower, so wash room floor will be wet. But immediately dry.」

「Very poor maintenance. Lots of ants in the room. Very bad smell. AC not working well」
