The property is also equipped with a Generac generator that provides automatic backup electricity in the event of a power outage, ensuring uninterrupted comfort during your stay.

The outdoor space features a beautiful water-facing balcony with mosquito/no-see-um curtains and a large gas BBQ — perfect for al fresco dining. The garden is lined with palm trees, and you're welcome to help yourself to fresh coconuts when they’re in season.

Step right off the dock and into some of the best DIY Bonefishing the world has to offer. Tolling and bait fishing are available year-round, and we can help you connect with knowledgeable local guides to enhance your experience.
• Private Dock
Enjoy the convenience of a private dock perfect for fishing guide pickups, launching our boats, or heading out on the water in one of our kayaks.
• Boat Rental
We offer two boats for rent, both moored at our dock for easy access. Choose between our 17-foot Kenner Pro Skiff with an 85hp Yamaha engine or our 15-foot Key West with a 50hp Yamaha engine. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment.
• Beach Activities
Explore the nearby beach just a short walk away. We provide snorkelling gear for your adventures. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, and mats for your comfort and convenience during seaside outings, and the shoreline is ideal for shelling, swimming, and spotting sand dollars at low tide. Keep an eye out for local marine life — turtles, dolphins, and starfish are often spotted from shore.
• Kayaks
Take to the water with ease using our two double kayaks, available for guest use and perfect for a relaxing paddle around the area.
• Arriving by Boat
If you’re arriving by boat, you have two convenient options. You can anchor in Cherokee Sound, just a scenic 6-minute journey by our boat to the property’s private dock, we can arrange collection on arrival and departure. (Please see Marine Map located in our "Additional Photos" section.)
Alternatively, we can arrange a marina berth for you at concessionary rates — an ideal choice if you’d like to explore and enjoy the stunning Sea of Abaco during your stay. Please see Marine Map located in our "Additional Photos" section.

Additional Rules
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse off sand before entering the house.
No eating in the bedrooms or on the couch — we love island life, but not the critters that crumbs attract!
Keep all doors closed when the A/C is on to maintain cooling and prevent mosquitos and bugs from entering.
Treat our home as you would your own — it’s a special place, and we want to preserve it for all to enjoy.

This is our family’s home during part of the year, so there are two locked cupboards: one located in Bedroom 3 and the other near the laundry area, used to store personal items.
The garage is not accessible to guests as it contains privately stored belongings.
