“What made this property and stay extraordinary was the host. Juliette was so wonderful! She made us an amazing to-order breakfast. She gave us a box to safely travel with a fragile purchase. She got a map and marked it all up for us with recommendations on what to see and where to go on a lovely hike, plus with the scenic route to get there. She recommended a dinner location and told us to stop in at the Thrifty so we could get very discounted ferry tickets. She was super friendly and we……

“Very accommodating to early check in request. A very cosy little cottage just a tiny bit on the small side. Two suitcases - not a lot of space to have them both open. Very clean, great area - peaceful and beautiful grounds - views were lovely. Would def stay there again if in Victoria. Was not able to take advantage of the breakfast unfortunately, but the menu looked delicious!”

“The bedding had poop and blood stains and the brown girl at the desk double charged me. They don’t provide breakfast other then juice and coffee and yogurt and the rooms are dated and musty. I grew up in Duncan and moved to Ontario and travel for work but the standard this place had put the bar in hell and you have to limbo under it. 10/10 do not recommend.”

“The rooms have been recently renovated. The carpet is beautiful and plush. The decor looks very chic. There is a nespresso machine in each room. The TV and all the plugs are upgraded. Lovely stay!”

“Terrible! This property is sadly neglected and has unacceptable aesthetic, and maintenance deficiencies. Our dingy room featured a worn-out mattress, shabby furnishings, peeling wallpaper, scruffy well-worn paint. The bedding was discoloured and heavily wrinkled. The property grounds disappointed too, as these areas are also in a state of disrepair, including an overgrown weed filled garden and a terrace cluttered with an unsightly pile of outdoor furniture stacked carelessly against the……

“The house’s view is very nice,but it is not comfortable and convenient to stay. The host is very nice and try her efforts to maintain the house in good condition. ”

“The room was basic and clean.Air conditioner worked well.Surprising choice of TV options. Fridge and freezer both worked well.Downside for me was no blowdryer in the bathroom but I would stay here again.”
