“Only stayed as a couple but this place could easily accommodate a family! It was clean and beyond comfortable! Two great bathrooms and two comfortable sitting areas to watch TV. Quiet and private! Host left us cookies upon arrival, which were delicious by the way. And honestly, one of my favorite touches was her instruction not to clean upon leaving because we were on vacation. That was awesome! Thank you so much for having us!”

“We as a group have stayed all over the United States in Vrbo’s and other venues like it and this property was by far one of the best we have utilized. We were there from a Thursday to Sunday. We got rained out on Friday and it was an all day stay on property day. A huge screened in porch that connected to a roofed over shelter with the grill allowed us to still enjoy the cookout we had planned. The huge living room with TV allowed some to zone out on the adequately furnished space. The beautiful……

“We stayed here for a family wedding nearby and it was perfect! We had 5 adults and 1 child, but the house could have easily accommodated more. Great location—less than 15 minutes from the Green Valley Gathering Place, close to the highway, with plenty of parking. The owners were super responsive. Would definitely recommend!”

“Our stay was amazing. The house was an amazing mixture of Mothman fandom and antiques. I loved both. All the beds were so comfortable. We felt so welcomed. Our hosts thought of evverything. We loved that they had a selection of mothman movies to watch and they even had a little corner in the home where we could purchase mothman merch! Such a great idea. Thank you for making everything so wonderful for us.”

“We stayed here for a family funeral in Gallipolis and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The house is clean, well-kept, and overlooks beautiful Raccoon Creek. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we were able to cook in. Two main-floor bedrooms were great for those who can’t do stairs, and there were plenty of linens. The large living room windows made the space feel open and peaceful.The hot tub was very clean and a nice bonus. The neighborhood is quiet, though a few surrounding areas are……

“House was clean and loaded with amenities. Lake was clean, great for fishing and swimming. Trails behind the house were loaded with pollinators and butterflies. My 7 year old son is a nature nut, and loved every bit of it. It was a great six nights that we spent, would do it again.”

“My husband and I loved the cabin. It was very comfy and we appreciated all of the extras provided by the host! The outdoor space was wonderful. We enjoyed the firepit (and S'mores!), the trail to the pond, and wildlife watching. Thanks for the food for humans, deer, and birds - what a bonus :) We also enjoyed all of the Mothman memorabilia as well. I think maybe we spotted Mothman over at the edge of the woods one night at dusk! Thanks for a fantastic stay - we'd love to come back. ”
