「房間寬敞、床睡得很舒適、屋主很友善，很樂意為住客解答問題，樓梯及走廊都有現役和前利物浦球員以及名宿的照片，如果身為利物浦球迷值得花時間一看，附近有大型超級市場，晚上要「補給」也很方便(開到午夜十二點)，早餐的款式亦算多，要留意的是房間沒有冷氣，但以英國的氣溫來說，沒有冷氣都還算可以。唯一缺點是位置較遠離市中心，出入要行一段約10分鐘的路到火車站再轉乘火車到市中心，而且班次不太密(尤其是星期日)，出入要預留多些交通時間。」

「Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. 「Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious.. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well. The breakfast was really good...
