This apartment has a great location! We enjoyed our stay and it had more space than expected. Mixed feelings but could be great with some easy changes & supplies.Pros:Great location right in the Rows, close to many restaurants & shopsComfortable bedAmazing shower- nice temperature & water pressureWasher/dryer in unitFull kitchenSpacious roomsSupplied with plenty of toilet paperLight toiletries providedCons:-Not very clean- carpet was dirty and full of hair. We tried to vacuum it and the vacuum was clogged so we raked it with a broom and had a whole pile of hair to discard (that was not ours.) -Sofa bedding did not fit well - doesn’t cover all 4 corners and the sofa bed was too small for two people.-No extra bedding- only thin sheets & heavy duvets, nothing in between (ie blankets)-Few towels (6 total (various sizes) for 4 people for a week) and no hand towels or wash cloths-Several stairs to get to the unit- 3 sets. Not a problem except we have a child with a wheelchair, so knowing this ahead of time would be helpful. Most units in this area will have stairs. -Kitchen has little to no pantry items. Just a couple random condiments, no staple items, spices (salt/pepper), oils, etc.-Not enough cleaning supplies. We had to buy dish soap to wash the dishes as requested, we also could not find large trash bags to replace the one in the kitchen bin, so had to use a small one after we took out the trash for pick up mid-stay. There was one roll of paper towels.
