"Super nice front desk. Breakfast staff person was a little cranky and didn’t want to refill the coffee when there was still 15 minutes left of breakfast service.
Otherwise, I’ll come back when I need to be in the area."

"The rooms are clean. The staff are excellent. The property is pet friendly which is great for my service dog. The air conditioning is always cold. I stay at this property frequently while I get medical care and surgeries for cancer at VCU."
"This hotel doesn't have a pool, and if there's a fitness center, I missed it. And there's not much area for walking around. What it does have is a large, comfortable breakfast area, and while I only ate there a couple of times, it was adequate for my needs. The room was spacious, as I got a "king suite" with a sofa bed. WiFi wanted me to join some loyalty thing, but once I did that it was free. There was a little noise, but nothing major. I would stay there again."
