Bearing in mind the price we were not expecting anything spectacular, but the basics inc hot water and an actual fold out bed rather than a badly stained matress on the floor. Ruby on reception was as helpful and understanding as she could possibly be. Breakfast was cold.」

「Dining room and cleaning staff work so hard to please the customers . I found the staff on duty during my stay treat the people with respect and professionally. They are very efficient and nothing is a problem if needed anything. 」
