Good for state a while, I will come again.

Clean, comfort, service very good. Silent, Not many room, not rush, pool water clean, not many guest use, very free. Including breakfast and sent to room, very good. No pickup service from airport but they can send you to airport after state. good. Staff very nice. Far from old town but very near to airport mall and a local night market. Many restaurant around, easy to get lunch and dinner.

Its fair and not just, I booked a deluxe pool access charged over HK$800. but just worst $400. as I revealed. Closed to airport, we checked out on 0900 and by hotel transfer to airport (few minutes only), we arrived airport lounge on 0920.

Nice stay at Baan U Sabai

Staff can speak excellent english and we didnt have any communication problem at all. They are all very nice and helpful and they helped me to get a birthday cake during our stay. The place is clean and our stay was a happy one. One minor problem is mosquito and not many driver knows the location.

Very good experience at stay

Staffs were so friendly and willing to help. We bought two chairs and need to wrap it, they provides all needed tools for us except box which they didn't have but they told me where I may able to reach one for help. Quiet and the room was very clean and cozy, also smells good and relaxed. Good quality facilities in the room, mini bar charges in a very reasonable cost, eg. Chiang beer cost 30+ in 7-11, 40 at mini bar, 3 bottles of free water in the room daily. No bathtub but they have swimming pool. The location is not so convenient, not easy to get a taxi/ tuktuk / song theaw from hotel, also cost more than usual if u took tuktuk / song theaw back to hotel. In usual song theaw cost 20 per trip but u have to pay 30-40 bah to get back to hotel. Airport transportation available. In general, a very recommended place to stay.

飯店是少見精緻的木造建築，規劃的很別緻，服務態度也不錯，可惜離市區遠了些，出門較不方便；早餐有很多選擇，另外隔音稍微差了些，鄰房講電話都聽的很清楚

Best hotel ever!!! Great service, excellent breakfast. Swimming pool is small but very nice. Room is very big and we can have breakfast at balcony, feel like i am a queen.

This is a well-serviced hotel with a nice interior design. Location is not really good but is not a great concern to us. a little disappointment to the pool, the water is not quite clean.

Had a wonderful stay at Baan U Sabai! The staff was phenomenal. The whole facility was extremely clean, and I loved all the wood throughout. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I was on the 2nd floor, so I'm not sure about the 1st floor, but it was really noisy. I stayed for about 2 weeks and almost every night I could hear people walking, talking, and living their life next door. The floor will move when they move too quickly. There are signs that tell guests to keep it down and they provide shoes to help with sound and to keep the teak wood healthy. I believe the hotel is very aware of the issue, however, without guests really understanding the rooms are boutique and made of special woods that can carry sound and vibrate, the hotel will continue to receive a 4 star rating in this category. It really deserves 5 stars for absolutely everything else. I'll miss my time at Baan U Sabai and the friendly cute staff!!!! Maybe I'll book a room downstairs and see if it's different!

What's not to like about this place except that it can be noisy at times. It's near the airport and people are often staying to do tours and can be a bit loud throughout the night. The walls aren't the thickest, but there are signs that notify guests to keep quiet, because the hotel is mostly teek wood. It's very cool looking and makes for awesome photos, but sound travels a bit. If you're really picky I'd bring earplugs, or just get used to it. Great value for the price, honestly.

The property itself is perfect. And if you want to be near the airport the location is good. A bit noisy area if you are looking for quiet. I just needed a place for a couple nights before flying out. So, this place was perfect for me.
