Everything was excellent at Solaria. It had everything we needed: close to shopping/dining, breakfast buffet, clean & modern room, strong water pressure, luggage storage/shipping, easy for taxi pickup and helpful staff. I would stay here again!

I am in two minds about this hotel. Hotel is close to the subway for easy connectivity. Staff were pleasant and the amenities were a nice touch. Breakfast was nice but if you stay a week there is not much variation. The room was small and I had expected that but the pillows were pretty flat and there were smears of I don’t know what on the wall and the carpets were in need of a good clean. As stated earlier the location can’t be beat but I would choose to stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel was nice and clean, and in an excellent location literally 3 mins walk from Ginza train station there were not much in the way of amenities eg gym pool wellness spa and the language was quite a barrier as those on the front desk did not speak much English at all

Lovely stay. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage until check-in. The hotel is close to station and subway lines, Lawson's, and a great ramen place. I would absolutely stay here again.
