Not too much near by but easy to Use Grab and 15 min ride into town. Peaceful beautiful place. Love the river. Towels by the pool was nice. . Restaurant/cafe under construction, so noisy by the pool at present. Excellent attentive staff at breakfast.

Lovely small resort alongside the Ping River. Only blocks away from a busy road yet very quiet. Not really a walkable area around the resort, but there’s no reason to want to be somewhere else. A Grab cab can easily whisk you away to the chaotic downtown. Just be sure to get a room with a direct view of the river.

We stayed for 4 weeks, the hotel is situated on the Ping River. Breakfast sat looking over the river with the dawn chorus of birds is a relaxing experience. Rooms are tidy and grounds are a dotted with nice restful areas each with its own features. The swimming pool is shaded… so if you want a cool plunge…

During my stay, the bedroom had a damp and musty smell coming from the curtains, pillows, and blanket. I’m not sure if these items are changed for every new guest. The hotel was also renovating its coffee shop during my stay, which caused some noise that affected the rest. The facilities were quite limited, and parking space might not be enough during long weekends. There was only one staff member on the night shift who seemed to handle many tasks alone. It would be great if the hotel could improve ventilation and reduce humidity in the rooms, as the musty smell from the bedding and curtains was quite noticeable.

The property was well kept and very peaceful which is what I was hoping for but it had very limited dining and not much was in the area once the cafe was closed. There is a $200 key deposit that I found really strange considering they are the plastic ones. Overall my stay was great!

Un havre de paix

Un havre de paix après une longue journée de visites . Un vrai bonheur d’y rentrer le soir . Literie très confortable, balcon avec vue, l’hôtel situé au bord de la rivière. Restaurant excellent, j’ai aussi testé le massage - parfait !!!! Le personnel très aimable.je recommande car j y retournerai certainement:))

Un complexe très bien. Le personnel est très aimable. Ils sont très avenants. Le ménage est fait rapidement le matin. Le déjeuner offert est très bon. Le service de restauration sur place est excellent. Toutefois, les chambres auraient besoin d’être rénovées et c’est un peu éloigné des commodités. Très tranquille.

Pleasant getaway.

I booked 3 nights for our son and wife to enjoy the bathtub as few places here have them. Check in went okay but WiFi and water had to be turned on after their arrival. Breakfast could have had more selection but with Covid 19 and few guest that is understandable. The only complaint they had was that staff in the early morning hours could be heard talking in the restaurant and some with idle time were smoking by the pool which caused them not to go to the pool. Overall though they enjoyed their stay.

Nice hotel but poor management

The hotel was well-designed, very serene and isolated. We took a family room and it was very roomy with one 7-feet bed and one 3.5-feet bed. The only comment I have is management. I think the hotel policy and practise against COVID-19 is very weak. The breakfast buffet was served by staff with mask-off and all guests were allowed to access the food freely without any protection. The manager should take this issue more seriously.

Good not great.

Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Downsides- far from town and you need to either take the shuttle that goes 2x per day or take a cab. It is inexpensive to get to and from. I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star. Room, mainly bathroom was outdated.

寧靜舒適的住宿環境

非常美麗的庭園，在河邊的環境食早餐也相當不錯，要是泳池附近樹木可以減少一點讓陽光更早曬到泳池就更棒了
