Apart from good location and unique design. There are few areas could be improved.
It's very hard to communicate to staffs both in Thai and English even though they are friendly. Only few staffs can communicate.
The check-in counter is not dedicated to guest check-in but also used for staff's admin task. It looks hectic during check-in where the staff talking to each other and walking here and there.
The floor mat was not change, no one pic up reception call when I call. I have to walk down and request for new floor mat.
The room are full of dust, the floor, room corner, curtain, covered by dust.
The Air-con is old, loud noise and not able to specific temperature.
They should have use natural fabric bed sheet where it won't create static electricity.
The water run very slow, this might because the room is at level 4 of the building.
Plus, after book through the website, I called to confirm my booking but the staff ask to send email to reservation's email where I never get any reply from them until check-in date.
We never got to stay there as the hotel was closed upon check in - still waiting for my refund from Expedia which I have had to chase multiple times and being called at 4.30am on my holiday 4 TIMES is disgraceful - I expect a full refund plus compensation for this disgusting treatment

Strange rooms and basic facilities
Hotel is in a good location but hotel facilities and rooms are ordinary.
Staff weren’t particularly friendly during the visit.
Rooms are strange with multi levels and mattress on the floor. Didn’t particularly like it. Also maintenance staff very loud outside my room at 6:30am.
Wouldn’t go back

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
the staff is extremely uninterested, impolite and poorly trained. the pool looks like a swimming pool on their pictures, but is has the size of a big whirlpool and you cannot use it for anything.
for breakfast you have some choices
and two out of three times they didnot deliver the menu i chose. it‘s not a big problem but it shows that they don‘t care at all.
the only nice things i can say is: the room was alright and the location near old town is great.
you can certainly find better value for your money. i stayed in places for half the price or less and felt much mor comfortable.
The rooms look cool, but the beds are hard as concrete, there is really spotty wifi, the water is lukewarm/cool which is not ideal in the cooler months. In the horse room, the toilet is completely open to the rest of the room, so no privacy, and the shower floor is covered with marbles in cement, which are excruciating to stand on. The shower itself just dribbles, not enough spray to rinse shampoo out of your hair. Staff were nice and breakfast was ok, but geez. Not worth the price.
เจอแมลงสาปในห้อ งน้ำ เป็นความทรงจำที่แย่มาก
และห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นหลังจากกดชักโครก
อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย
The room smelled and eventually we saw insects. Bad breakfast and ground floor room was humid , mattress directly on floor ...not a comfortable feeling.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room we booked was well suited to our needs. The upstairs bar lounge is beautiful. The pool was too cold to actually swim in.
The rooms are all really hip and cool to stay in. If you're there more than one night the receptionist even offered me to move rooms just to experience something new. Great service here!! The hotel staff was the most friendly, helpful, and attentive I've ever had.
One of a kind, unique design, but at the cost of comfort and utility. Impractical room (monkey), nowhere to put my clothes, erratic hot water. Great service though, worth it for a night
The rooms have a very interesting design, and it's very cool to be immersed within a sculpture for your stay. But this comes at the expense of
some typical hotel comforts, so make sure the design aspect is important to you. If you like design, you'll look past some superficial issues and have a great stay.
We stayed in the HORSE room which features intricate tree branch/root sculptures emanating from custom platform bed and growing up the wall and ceiling.
The pictures is far different from the real property of Mo Rooms.
It's currently dirty broken old place. The air conditioner is too noisy as well.
The water pump was broken for hours at night. Service just told me to wait and wait without any help or compensate.
The only reason to stay is that it's nearby Sunday night bazaar.
Perfect room!! We are two architects and we LOVE the concept of the rooms and hotel ! Great design, clean, swiming pool was perfect too!
And perfect localisation!
But they do laundry for an expensive price and the breakfast wasn't fabulous..
