"Fantastic deal for the price. Nice big King-sized bed, amenities are very basic in a good way. Only thing I would suggest they improve is please get better quality toilet paper! It doesn't cause much, but it makes a world of difference. The ones they provided disintegrate with the least touch of water, making them almost unusable. "

"Difficult rating this one. The hotel itself was brand new. Had that new hotel smell and was very nice. Problem I had was that on hotels.com, it looked like it was on property at the airport and said in the description it was a ‘2 minute walk’, which was the reason I booked it, as I got in at 22:00 and had to be back at airport at 8:00 the next morning. Problem was, the hotel was about 5km, or a 10-15 minute cab ride away. So, if they’ve fixed the location on this site (it’s correct on google...

"Excellent accommodations with spacious room and great service. Chang at the front desk was amazing and provided great service. Kwan and the other staff in spa were also excellent. We also booked a tour through the hotel wand our guide Tony was great.the hotels complementary shuttle around old town was convenient and very helpful. "
