「首先，飯店每一位工作人員都非常友善並熱於主動協助。其中一個親身體驗是昨天非常早需要出門，但因為早餐還沒有開始提供，飯店事先準備了三明治及水果和一杯咖啡，讓我帶上車子可以享用，真是貼心到心坎裏，想說台灣的飯店從業人員天天說要如何提振台灣觀光產業的競爭力，我想這點真的值得學習了…這樣發自內心為了旅客著想的微小細節，相信真的溫暖到每一位下榻的旅客…. 再次謝謝那麼貼心的服務與照顧。 另外，房間乾淨，明亮，也環保。 最後，有一個特別的意外喜悅是，某天我夜歸，坐在大廳桌上等我的是一隻端莊優雅的貓店長，還領著我搭電梯到五樓，目視著我進房才離開，好窩心～ 」

「Let’s start with the room. It was not cleaned very well. Dirt all over the floors, stains, and not stocked with adequate tissue, soap, towels, etc for two people staying multiple days. The staff were stingy with towels so you had to bring your used towels back to them because your only allowed two towels per room at a time. You’re only allowed one roll of tissue at a time so when we ran out my hubby had to run down stairs to get more. The staff weren’t very helpful. Did not speak much English....

「This property is a tucked away hidden gem. The rooms are lovely and spacious and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Nyein was a particular gem and was so helpful and kind. When we had an issue with our room, Nyein helped us changed the room with ease and it was effortless. The location is great with loads of amenities nearby. We’ll definitely be visiting the Mango Tree Resort again! 」

「1）房間廁所每晚傳出嚴重惡臭，令人不適，噁心、頭暈。 2）服務人員態度冷漠極不專業。 3）提供的白色浴巾破舊，色澤灰暗。 4）夜間無預警停電近一個小時，洽詢原因和何時恢復供電...得到的答覆是：不知道！」

「沒有入住，也不值得入住，網頁上的立即付款跟到飯店付款價位相當接近，這樣立即付款的客戶好像沒有什麼優惠，這類型的飯店，不值得入住」

「Le problème était pas l hotel mais la réservation expédia qui montrait 1,4 km du centre alors que viewdoi art est a 14km. A quoi sera de mettre des paramètres si votre site n en tiens pas compte pas annulation possible j ai perdu 140thb」

「Hotel is newly renovated. Room is new and spacious. Swimming pool and a very small gym. Hotel staffs freindly and helpful. Location far from city centre, take about 15mins by taxi. Location 5 mins away by car to CentralFestival Chiangmai Shopping Centre. 」

「非常棒的酒店，住在這裡清幽 享受 乾淨，酒店的職員都好友好，房間的風景也很美，雖然交通每次出行也要叫車，但清邁不大可以接受了，期待下次再到訪」
