"Easy check-in & check-out. Friendly staff. No lift at property & must carry luggage upstairs. Although staff is happy to help carry it, but I am a lady who is much taller than them & cannot really let a tiny Thai lady do the heavy lifting. LOL. The room decor is exotic, clean, with in-room air-conditioner and in-room mini fridge. The bed is reasonably confortable. The location of this hotel is the best! It is just 2 or 3 minutes walk to restaurants, 7-Eleven convenience store and more. I booked many tour groups & all got picked up and dropped off at the hotel without any problem. It costs around 205 to 230 Baht from/to Chiang Mai international Airport by Grab taxi (priority rate, get the first Grab car available with very short waiting time). "

"We stayed here in November 2025 and absolutely loved it. The location was great, and there were restaurants, shopping and attractions all within walking distance. After some of our other hotels in Thailand the rooms felt very luxurious to us, especially for this hotel's price point (we are not fussy travelers). The pool was lovely and quiet. As a mother / daughter traveling together we felt very safe here and would definitely book here again!"
