Casa Ricciardi - In the heart of Tuscany

Apartment of about 100m2 with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills a few steps from the center of the town of Chianni.
The very bright apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet condominium, it consists of a kitchenette with table, fridge with freezer compartment microwave oven and dishwasher, large living room with fireplace, table, sofa and TV, double bedroom with TV, bedroom with three single beds or one single plus a double, closet with washing machine, bathroom with shower and a 20m2 terrace overlooking the garden with fruit and olive trees equipped with table and barbecue where you can eat or sunbathe. Possibility of free parking under the house or in the immediate vicinity.
Municipal swimming pool about 900 meters away.
Chianni is about: 35 km from the sea, 90 from Florence, 45 km from Pisa and Lucca, 30 km from Volterra and S. Gimignano, 7 from Casciana Terme and 10 from Lajatico, the birthplace of Andrea Bocelli, known internationally thanks to his 'Teatro del Silenzio' which attracts thousands of tourists passionate about music from all over the world.
Chianni is an excellent starting point for your excursions to the most important art cities of Tuscany, it still has an uncontaminated nature that is easy to discover by moving a few km away from the town, with the possibility of finding accommodation at lower prices than in the localities most popular.
Possibility to purchase wine, oil, honey, fruit and vegetables directly on the family farm depending on the period.
