Really really sad

只能說非常的失望，房間非常的舊，舊到即使再怎麼乾淨都不覺得乾淨，更何況也沒有非常乾淨，窗簾上一堆灰塵，超級噁心，房間壁紙還是破的，電視螢幕還是有問題的，花一晚2800真的是超貴的，大概只有一晚1500的價值，只能說下次不會再來了 硬要說一個優點的話，至少客服人員還算不錯，願意幫我處理報帳的問題

環境清潔、人多時須提前做好準備

環境清潔、浴室大間、舒適，房間大小適中，門板隔音較差，人多時須提前做好準備，早餐時突然湧入太多人，座椅不足，等候的人會在旁邊盯著他人用餐，建議可以採分流制度，電梯當日才維修，建議提早檢查。

房間裡竟然有裝修裸露的電線，熱水瓶也蒙上了一層灰塵，服務人員態度消極，辦理入住也不告訴你早餐幾點開始要去哪裡吃⋯ 就是主力放在收團客的老飯店，說真的不推薦

清明連假訂購1間4人房，但入住當天來電告知房間被取消了，但過去現場理論，又莫名改口說有房間，業主態度反覆且服務態度不佳。第一次在hotel.com訂房被取消，極度不推薦這家！

特別的經驗

當晚check in時被告知沒有訂房資料，我人都傻了....可能因為是跨年夜，訂房人數多，卻沒有設定好房數造成的吧！雖然有問櫃台小姐，但他實在太忙，邊跟我抱歉邊打電話找其他飯店問有沒有空房，幸好有幫我們調到一間飯店，雖然價位較高，但小姐幫我們吸收掉多出來的金額，比較遠一點但住得還不錯！只是想說在這種熱門時段更應該將訂房資料把關好，然後櫃台服務人員不要只有一位，一個人單打獨鬥很辛苦。

靠近市區但老舊的飯店

優：離市區和夜市近 缺：服務一般，老舊飯店，設備品質一般 ※代客泊車，但隔天卻要房客自己去停車場牽車並還記錯停車位置，讓房客白走一趟。房間門鎖為喇叭鎖木製門，隔音差，服務人員態度沒有很親切。
