We have been charged for a room that we did not stay in. When we arrived they said they were booked up even though we had a confirmation number from you. They said that it was not their problem and they were full. How do we get this refunded?

Needs face lifting.. as said by other reviews.. concerned about safety.. anybody can go in & out of hotel up to your room .. nobody in d front desk all the time .. for sure there’s camera watching in & out of people..understandable coz not a busy place..Towels really overused … though it’s clean... at least change them once in awhile towels are very cheap..talked to d staff at least 2x they were nice.. u can reach them by pressing a button.. we only stayed one nite which is good.. I will not be able to stay for more .. am scared to touch anything..don’t know why.. I never expected this kind of hotel in this area plus from hotels.com

Our keys didn't work. The lady kept saying keep keys away from cell phones and we did. But the keys didn't work. Finally an older gentelman walked down to the door with me with a new key that he held the entire time and he tried to open the door and it failed. There were not enough pillows or towels

I'm betting this has been recently bought, and the new owners are trying to fix it. There were some building materials in the lobby. That said there were many rooms with no numbers on the door, my key took about 10 trys before it would let me in, they had to bring in a lamp because one of the ones in the room didn't work, and we found someone else's leggings in our room as we were packing to leave. Not hidden, and didn't see them the day before. There was no microwave or desk in the room. Never saw a pool, but not saying it wasn't there. It was a bed for 2 days, but not much more. Good wifi though:)

Customer service the staff in general is amazing very very helpful very very friendly very accommodating! On another note ... a little updating would do that hotel wonders, ie newer towels Newark carpet newer paint ECT. But other than that it was a good stay for the money

The room was very dusty and not clean at all. The wall had some holes and some off paint spots too. The first night we didn’t have shampoo and conditioners. I thought this hotel doesn’t provide it but next day after I came back to the room and I saw they put them in the bathroom so that means they didn’t prepare the room for the guest. The site said continental breakfast but it was very poor contents. That made me feel no breakfast is better than that. The front was always empty and people weren’t there.

The rooms were good size. They had the heat going when we got in so it was warm when we walked in the room. It was snowing outside so was nice to come into warm room.

I was the last room by the stairs and heard every time someone came downstairs through the door. No washcloths and didn’t have any soap for the bathroom. The curtains were short so the light from the building outside shined through.

Hotel is very out dated. Wired smell as soon as I opened room door. Smelled like a mixture of mold, mildew and urine. Rust in restroom along floor and ceiling. Staff was respectful. Check in/out was very fast. Had no time to try the breakfast but it looked and smelled delicious.

The room was in terrible shape. Curtains were torn and dust everywhere. I took pictures of all this. Towels had stains. We left a day early as it was just to filthy to stay
