The walls had stains and holes everywhere, the bedding also had stains. our only outlet wasn’t covered it was just opened and exposed. a blister on my foot also got infected from walking on there floors. there was also staining all over the couch in the shared living room. they also didn’t have any tvs in any of the rooms.

Honestly, when we first arrived in the area, we were a little nervous. However, the place is comfortable, very clean, and the parking was actually very safe and quiet. I 100% recommend this place! The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the location is super convenient, only about 10 minutes from Union Park. I highly recommend it. Thank you!

The room situated on the bottom floor was more like a converted closet. The room had a water heater in it behind a curtain that served the whole house. The walls and ceiling were not sealed on one side above the bed... around the light fixture, pipes going through walls... Only thing going for it was that it was clean.

The room was clean but I had hair all over the bed that wasn’t even mine!! The tub needs to be painted or something “ looks dirty “ or maybe just peeling. There is no air conditioning but beside that it’s was nice and peaceful and had plenty of store and restaurants near it.

It was a comfort small room, the air conditioning did not work but they did have fans to use. There was only one so if anyone else needed a fan it’d be a bit of a problem. There was a lot of shopping centers and places to eat even though it was in a lower income area .

DO NOT STAY HERE. This place will scam you out of your money after putting a card on file. Wish I was warned. There are many other reputable shared spaces to choose from. Location is also unsafe.

Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts.
