There is no non-smoking sign. My friend came over and smoked one cigerette. Afterwards, I slept and the server came to clean the room while I was asleep. :-( When I checked out, I wasn't told of the smoke fine. I only found out after looking at the credit card transactions. Very scamming and creepy services.

There is no sign saying non-smoke. My friend visited and smoked one. Afterwards, I was asleep in the room and a server cleaned the room without my awareness. I checked out and never told I was charged 250 dollars for smoking cost until I see the credit card statement. Very scamming and dirty practices. Be aware!!!

We were not given notice before our stay that the hotel was under renovations and that some of the amenities promised would be missing due to it. There was 1 power strip in the room that the tv and phone were plugged into, leaving only a couple plugs on the strip open for our personal use. The only other accessible plug was by the sink. The plug behind the bed was an open socket and the wires for the clock and lamp on the bedside table were bent. It looked like a fire hazard. This was all just upon first look around the room the night we checked in. The following morning when I went to leave the room, I shut the door leading into the room from the hallway and went to make sure it had latched. It did not. There was a wad of tape stuck in the door latch. I'm assuming this was from the fresh paint during the renovation. From that point forward, I just did not feel safe at all, so I checked out a day early. The hotel staff was super nice though. I wish I had let them know about the issues experienced before I left but like i said i just felt very unsafe afterwards.

Property is being remodeled so the pictures online are a representation of what it will look like, not what it currently looks like. Prices too high for the condition it is in. Construction work was being done with replacement of old ceiling tiles outside our room door when we returned from the hotel breakfast. Tiles all over the hallway and we had to roll our suitcases around tiles and plastic to go down to check out.

This place was actually pretty good. The price was low, it was clean and they are currently remodeling. Great breakfast and plenty of staff onsite. No disappearing fromt desk clerks to run a shuttle service. All drivers working the shuttle were very nice and helpful.

The property is currently under construction. It is evident it is an older property. There is a lot of wear and tear (baseboards, chipped paint, broken doorknobs on the bathroom door, etc). Hopefully when the construction is complete it will be better.

Location is good. Room is clean but i find it inconvenient as the sink is separate from the toilet/tub. Drainage in the bathtub is not flowing very well. lotion is not available in the room(?) Door knob in the washroom meed to fix though it still locks properly
