The room was clean and had a lot of space. The pool area could use some updating but we still enjoyed the hot tub. What we appreciated the most was how quiet it was.

We only stayed for one night and it was a great stay. Everything worked properly in our suite room. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The property is near the Metra train station and easy access to the highway to downtown Chicago. Downtown Elmhurst is very neat and Oak Brook neighborhood is just a short drive away. We'll definitely consider to stay here again in the future.

The staff at the Courtyard is what made this stay pleasant. From the front desk to the concierge to the bistro… all were amiable. The amenities could stand and upgrade but I’m sure that’s in the plans. We stayed for our daughter’s bball tournament for 6 nights and felt like home. Love the lounge area for more space outside of our room as well.

The power went out and there was NO backup system available for the entire property. The only reason I was able to get my money back was because of Expedia. We were subjected to a hot room for 12+ hours with no offer of any sort of compensation.
