The carpet smelled of cat pee. There was mold in the shower and bathroom. One of the lights didn't work. The only redeeming quality was the helpfulness of the staff.

If I could have left zero stars I would. I didnt last 90 minutes in my room before I fled. The room was filthy, TV didn't work, stunk, sticky. There is no way I would have been able to sleep in that.

There was AC which was nice and so needed but our unit was non-stop leaking when it was on so the carpet around it was soaked. The shower would plug when it was on and the faucet handles had lime crust and mold around them. Staff was helpful and friendly and the beds were comfy but definitely gave you that roach motel feeling

Ac blew up in the middle of night..he fixed by next afternoon instead of moving us..big concern was being charged an additional $30 dollars in top of Expedia due to having the right amount of guests..2 queen 4 adults..some reason I had to pay a extra 3 guest fee of $30..sketchhhhhyyyy

My flight was cancelled at OHare. All flights were. So hotel demand was high. Rooms were marked up 3x over normal times, and most were sold out. I settled on this place. Nice clerk. Nice property grounds. Room: mattress good. Sheets good. Blanket and bedspread questionable. Bathroom awful - faucet 100 years old and crusted over, shower was a trickle but warm. Water tastes terrible. Shower drain mostly plugged.. AC ok. For one night, I've been in worse.

The room could use some renovation and a deep cleaning. Bed was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Great water pressure in shower. Most cable stations were unavailable. There’s a place to hang clothes. Fridge works. There is no deadbolt on the outside door. No phone to the front desk, but when you walk over the staff is friendly and helpful. Not fancy, but it’s in a quiet area close to lots of restaurants and activities and within my price range.

Rooms need upgrading. Water hardly flows; extremely rusty; hot water not really hot. Outdoor check-in (in weather). Electric plugs outdated two-prong models and do not accept modern electric plugs
