Had too many issues with trying to contact someone about getting access to the property! Plus they wanted additional deposit of $500 down with copy of state ID. This was booked through Expedia.com and there was no mention of a deposit requirements. Plus they wanted it to be sent through Zelle.

Didn't read reviews prior to booking. As others have said, after booking through Expedia, was informed via text message that to get into the property a security deposit needed to be paid via VENMO. Area was not great, no way felt comfortable with the surprise security deposit. Decided to book another room. Never refunded for the room fee. Ghosted by host when asked for a refund.

Poor communication. Expected a security deposit to be venmo'd to gain access but was not stated on initial purchase. Nobody was onsight to speak with and response to messages was non existant. I met 2 other people who also left the night of, feeling that it was a scam. Do not stay here!

The establishment is truly exceptional, and the staff provided outstanding service. I encountered no issues during my stay. While an additional deposit is required, which is not explicitly stated during the booking process, the transaction was handled efficiently. My deposit was refunded to my account within three days of my departure. I highly recommend this location.

Loved this guest house, they even allowed me to check in early for a small fee! Good at communicating in timely manner! The only thing that caught me off guard is the security deposit, but I would definitely rebook!

Nice Air B&B but "Be careful in this area...Parking was ok...but unfortunately our car was stolen . The amount we paid plus a 500.00 deposit was absolutely ridiculous for a room that was extremely small with a full sized bed ...also they didn't return our deposit for a whole month. Stay at you own risk...but this was definitely a bad choice for us...

They charge a $500 security deposit for one night I don’t think that is fair for one night. They did not refund me my money and when I ask them to work with me they were unwilling to. I cannot express my disappointment in the management and the fact that charge so much for a one night in their establishment. Be aware of these charges before booking with them.

We booked a king bed and when we got there, someone else was in our room. We had to go to the only room that was available which was a queen. I don’t mind, but they refused to adjust our rates so I basically paid for another couple to stay in an upgraded suite. The staff is also lacking in manners and were very unhelpful. The entire place smelled strongly like broccoli and remained that way for the entirety of our stay. Not sure how well our rooms were cleaned as there were a bunch of random coins on our bed when we arrived which was odd. ALSO - they make you pay a $300 deposit through Venmo or Zelle. It’s been almost a week and I haven’t received it back.

This place is wayyy sketchy. A $300 deposit on a SHARED space is unbelievable. Paired with no refund policy once it's booked. I've never had a place cause me such a headache on whether or not it was a scam. I booked it earlier in the week thinking it would be chill and didn't read the fine print. MY MISTAKE. It took an hour out of my day trying to figure out if I could get a refund or if I just had to risk $300 to not lose $150. The neighborhood that it's in isn't the best either. The room I was in, 4, also smelled like a loaded diaper. The pillows weren't comfortable and everything felt cheap. $150 for one night without a private bathroom is rubbish. I can't speak on whether or not the deposit will come back, but I will keep this review updated with that information. I highly recommend you look for other accommodations.

Bed was horrible pillows were horrible room was hot no fan no tv. Only got 2 pillows. Then I had to keep messaging them to get my 500 dollar deposit they wanted my info to know who to return it to??? That should be an automatic. I shouldn’t have to remind you who I am to get my deposit. Don’t recommend at all.
