I have been staying at this property regularly for the last year. I have always had a good experience overall.
Tonight, I had the worst experience checking in. I honestly understand the night shift must be hard, but the person who was in charge of reception June 15th honestly was rude, unempathetic and right down ill tempered. He didn’t speak or answer questions. What really made me explode was when he was rude to my father when he simply asked about breakfast times. When I complained he lashed back… honestly, this type of person ruins a whole year of great experiences. I will speak to the day manager tomorrow. I will consider going forward if I should take my business elsewhere. So many options today, that when a person doesn’t understand what it means to be in the service industry, O believe we should at least let them know.
