Concert Getaway at the United Center

Perfect location for anyone who wants to be close to the United Center. Located on a quiet street yet close enough to to the train into the city.

Good for what we needed it for.

We stayed here to be close to Union Park. Great spot for that purpose but the check in process was a hiccup. I added one additional day several months ago to our stay. VRBO confirmed those dates. When I went to register on the actual company link, it had the old dates. I confirmed on the message they had the correct dates two days before arrival. When I arrived we could not get in. When I called they saw the old dates listed. The person I spoke with was super helpful and got us in eventually but it was frustrating. Be sure to verify your dates before arrival. The place also didn’t feel as clean as it should be. It doesn’t seem like it has been deep cleaned for a while. Also, there weren’t any dishwasher detergent despite having a dishwasher so concerned how the dishes are hand cleaned by prior visitors.

Great Trip

We enjoyed our stay. Living room super comfy to hang out after a full day of exploring the City. We attended an event at the United Center and it was a treat to walk to and from there! Great Location to get to the Loop quickly too.

Great for a place to stay

4 walls and roof over our head, that is all we needed. The house was in an alright neighborhood. Was close to downtown Chicago. Better than paying for an over priced hotel with no privacy.

Great inside, not an outdoor place

All was good with the say, easy check-in. Would’ve preferred place to be able to store luggage before check-in/after check-out to help time difference of flights. Inside was great, fit us perfectly. Outside activities weren’t an option on premises. Close to walking to train/bus which is good because nothing in neighborhood. Neighborhood seemed to question us a couple times, obvious as outsiders. Door dash driver made it obvious he didn’t want to hang around long
