I’ve been staying at this hotel regularly and have always appreciated the excellent location, outstanding customer service, and overall quality of your accommodations. It’s been my go-to choice whenever I’m in the area.
Unfortunately, during my most recent stay this past weekend, I encountered an issue I’ve never experienced before. I found what appeared to be roaches or bedbugs in my room. I immediately reported this to the front desk and submitted photos as requested. I was told that someone would follow up with me, but it has now been nearly a week and I have yet to hear back.
As a loyal guest, I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of response. I would appreciate an update on how this situation is being handled, and what steps the hotel is taking to address it.
