No real complaints, this is a clean friendly hotel. Quite a busy place, but no noise on our floor. Still waiting for my $50 to come back on my card that was a temporary charge.

Mediocre hotel in a decent location for Naperville/Lisle. Elevators are really busy and took a long time to get you between floors due to constantly being in use. You can hear the highway traffic in your room. AC has trouble keeping up with heat during the summer.

This has been our worst experience ever, not only at a Hyatt, but at any hotel we’ve ever visited.
From check in being at 3pm and not getting a room until after 7pm. To then get the double room with double beds that seem to be twin size. And on top of that it’s Hot in every room, and I have 3 rooms with AC on as low as it would go(60) and it still reads 78 in one 76 in the other two. Went up to Walmart to buy 3 fans and it still doesn’t cool the room.
I’m up at 4:30 in the morning due to how uncomfortable it feels in my room. We have went out to our cars just to get some relief at times. Someone really needs to get on top of this problem seeing that this is just the beginning of the summer season.

I was surprised that the rooms looked so dated considered this is a very expensive neighborhood. Not sure why they are not investing more in this hotel. It feels neglected by the franchise owners. Corridors smelled bad. No USB charging outlets, Tub peeling, A/C cooling did not work (realized it after midnight as it started getting hotter). The reaspon I didn't give worse ratngs is because staff were very understanding. Carter, particuarly, is very empathetic, and customer focused.

I have stayed here before and each time it has gotten worse. This time I spent the extra money to get one of the rooms on the top floor with a view over the area. Upon checking in we found the AC system in our room inoperative. We called down to the front desk twice and finally walked down after they said they were sending someone up to look at it. Three hours later I gave up. In addition to the AC not working the TV would not connect to the house cable system and we couldn’t even watch TV the room was dated and shower head seemed like something out of the 80s. When I checked out this morning and let the front desk staff know of our issues there was only a “sorry about that” and off we were sent. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel. Would not recommend it to anyone. There was no desire to take care of us or to make things right.

Stayed at the Hyatt near Naperville, Chicago. The hotel was okay, but the service left a lot to be desired. Gee at check-in was amazing—super helpful and friendly, even brought our luggage to the room.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff were quite rude and unhelpful. We stayed for three nights and despite multiple requests, our room was never cleaned. Their response was dismissive, and we had to stay in a messy room the entire time. Not the experience we expected.
