The plumbing, between units is Very Loud. While the tub is ample sized, the glaze or lack there of, makes it appear Dirty. More importantly, the Bed was quite comfortable and there were several varieties of pillows.

I always like Regency services, cleanliness, the landscaping inside and outside. The most important is price very reasonable compared to many other places in Naperville.

We had to downgrade a room. The room TV was not working. The drawers had crumbs in them. The floor needed vacuumed. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. Called to front desk with no answers. Toilets low to ground, No grab bar, no fan in toilet room. There was dust everywhere. This hotel was very tired. Will not return.

Elevator was very scary to ride. Broken buttons, loud noises while riding the elevator, broken hot tube, dirty carpets, parts of room that were dirty. Took five minutes for water to heat up then it was burning hot. The parking was nice to have. Adequate breakfast. The TV swivel to the bed side was nice. Semi-cleaned room.

Was not clean at all rust around door way there was no fitted sheets on the bed they need to inform people about the condition of your rooms and when a room has been under construction clean it First before renting it out to anybody

They could really use standard USB and USB C plugins on lamps or desk to recharge phones. I had to take an additional trip to BestBuy to purchase a plugin brick. I also believe only one elevator was working when I stayed.

The people were all helpful and very nice, but they were obviously understaffed. The hotel looks shabby and looks like it needs a lot of work. The elevators are very dirty. There was a pile of garbage left outside my room for about three hours after I checked in it was removed when I made the request and I appreciated that. I had socks on and walked around my room and they were filthy. The carpeting is really bad. It’s just starting to look shabby.

extremely noisy from highways and a hvac system that just sort of internally whooshed and gurgled all night. Nope. Nice Bartender who recommended some tasty food...so kudos there.

Our stay at the Hyatt was extremely disappointing. We will not stay here again. The lobby, hallways, elevator and the room were dirty. The pillows were yellow. The comforter under the sheets was yellow. There was no hairdryer or tissues and the towels were literally falling apart. When we called down to the desk in the morningat 7:30, we were told that we had to wait until 8am when housekeeping came in. Upon returning to the hotel after a long day, we waited 15 minutes at the desk for water bottles. The front desk reception was nowhere to be found and the couple in front had been waiting for 30 minuyes. That morning I asked for the room to be cleaned and to have new towels but on Saturday, and we came back to our room at 9:30pm after working all day to a dirty, toweless room. I had to go down to the desk to get new towels. Next morning, when going to male coffee, i realized we were out of cups, because our room wasn't cleaned the day before and had to go down for cups because the front desk was not answering. Do not stay here unless you want dirty and and outdated rooms. Stay at a nearby hotel for the same money.

Stayed here in 2018. Property was much better back then with excellent food service, room cleanliness and customer service. It has taken a step or two down but still a good bargain for the price.
