Front desk staff was very friendly. In fact, she asked if I needed any help with anything to let her know. I was going to an event and I needed her to zip my dress which she was happy to do :-) my room was OK but stuffy smelling. Super disappointed that they do not have the restaurant open on Sundays. I would have liked to have had breakfast in the morning.

I stay here often on business. There was no room service available but i was able to order food to go and take it to my room. Staff is very friendly. I found out that there was no hot water in the shower at 9 pm when I went to rinse a treatment out of my hair but the shower ran ice cold. The front desk did not answer. I hoped it would be better in the morning but it was still ice cold. I let them know at the front desk when i checked out. They offered an apology but nothing more.

Stay was great. However T.V. should of came with better instructions. Im young and know how to work electronics and can always figure it out but the wifi connection and everything else would work then not work, couldn't connect to wifi, couldnt get on Hulu, and spent much time trying to figure it out. Ive stayed in worse hotels that had way easier and better tv service and wifi. Everything though was great besides a staff member walking into our room.

I asked for an upper floor with a good view not by elevator due to noise when I booked wth Expedia. Checking in I was given low floor (5) by elevator. They moved me to 10 but we are still by elevator and ice machine noise. Why do you ask what I want if you are not going to read it.
