The staff was very nice and it was a comfortable stay. Our server in the restaurant worked very hard on Sunday evening though they seem to be short staffed. Pool area was great.

Possibly consider a veteran discount or complementary for breakfast, especially on Christmas. We asked and it was an immediate no. Not even an offer to check with a manager, just immediate shut down. Property in the back and parking lot is not well lit. Paid for a king bed but seemed much smaller than our king bed at home. Staff was very friendly. Please also consider at least complementary coffee in the lobby for the mornings vs a $5 machine in the room.

Great place to stay north of Chicago. We stayed to see Catch me if You Can. We liked the safeness of staying in the suburbs, but Chicago is only a short drive to to the sites there during the daytime.

Great holiday weekend

The staff was great. Friendly and accommodating. The bartender in the lobby was very nice. Enjoyed spending the holiday by the pool and watching the fireworks.

It’s a big property & busy. We were there over the weekend. Lots of people2 wedding receptions being held. It was clean, bed was comfortable. We requested more bath towels & response was quick. The property has a great kitchen! I ate in the restaurant 2 different days, and the food could not be better prepared. I had my son's rehearsal dinner at the restaurant, with 38 people 15 from China, and they all raved at how good the food was. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to impress the other side of the marriage.

Mini break from the city.

Overall a good stay…it was slightly crowded at property due to hosting 2 weddings. The pool is great but they should have more than ONE server working the pool & restaurant. Wait time for order was very long. It was ridiculous how the server was hustling with no other help. Put a damper on otherwise good time at the pool.

Room too far away

Expensive. Not fancy. Asked for room near elevator ahead of trip, but assigned room two hallways down. I’m walking with a cane and it was very painful for my back. Restaurant was good and theater was very good. Starbucks closed at 8:00 pm so couldn’t get decaf after theater.

Great stay

Very comfortable room if a little dated. Great location and supper friendly staff. The room was clean. Great amenities on premises.

Convenient, clean, friendly

It was a very nice stay. Checking in was a breeze. It was so convenient to stay at the Marriott Lincolnshire because we were here to see a musical. It was a great time and great place to stay.
