I was expecting more from a Curio Collection Hotel. I forgot to flip over the do not disturb sign, and needless to say no housekeeper was available after 8. The only option was for us to change our own sheets, however a linen attendant brought us linen, and when I asked her a question she said she didn’t speak English.She didn't even take the dirty linen away. The ironing board cover had no padding and the iron was cheap. The only one who went out of his way was Ernest our bellhop. He was the only one who asked about our stay, we weren’t even asked at checkout. I enjoyed the view, and the room was comfortable and clean, the carpet was plush and Lyrica was great. We received a ticket for the Ferris Wheel and $10 off our meal at Lyrica. Overall we still enjoyed ourselves. I just thought by this being a. Curio Collection Hotel I would have experienced more.
