I would highly recommend this hotel. It was extremely clean, with wonderful staff and the breakfast was great. It was centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The area is very nice as well.

Rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent, secure included parking. The only improvement I would suggest is mopping inside the elevator better. I will stay here again. Staff was friendly, helpful, overall fabulous.

I’ve visited the Chicago area many times and this by far is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel was quiet, the room was beautiful and clean, the housekeeping staff checked daily to see if I needed anything, the breakfast was amazing, and the front desk staff on each shift was amazing! I have already deemed this hotel as my permanent home away from home. I will stay at this hotel everytime I am in town! It’s surrounded by so many things in case you forget something or you want a vast selection of food, but it’s also quiet and the parking is convenient!

I would really love to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff try very hard to keep the place clean and to be helpful to their guests. However, the place isn't maintained well by the owners. Carpets need to be replaced as they smell and are moldy or are ripped, system's fans dont work so there isn't ventilation in the bathrooms, furniture needs replacing or deep cleaning, toilets aren't flushing, etc. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is better than most hotels. Our room smelled and caused my allergies to flare up so I suspected mold. Staff were very kind, however, and went out of their way to provide us with a pleasant experience when they learned of the reason for our stay.

This was my fourth stay here in 2.5 years and never had an issue with the property. Rooms are nice and clean with amenities, and overall, the property is nicely appointed and maintained. They've just added a bar and improved the common spaces in the lobby. Breakfasts always have good variety.
