This is a bare bones hotel. Towels or bath mats may not always be available. Very minimal staff. Kitchen is empty of dishes, silverware or cooking supplies. Everything must be requested at the desk if you can locate staff. It is a great location, that is the only positive.

Getting in to the hotel the walkway to the room smells like smoke and marijuana dirty towels, cockroaches, bedbugs and small flies. People fight outside been loud couldn’t sleep much.

It was ok, except the reason we booked was for the hot tub and pool…and it was closed the 2 days I was there. Very disappointing. Also couldn’t take breakfast to the room which I understand why but has been the only place that I stayed at ever with this rule.

Worst hotel of my life never again staff was unbearable staff member had a gray hoodie on it took them an hour and 30 minutes for me to even get in the hotel even though I came early lacks customer service and just poor customer service all around pictures of the hotel are false just horrible matter of fact experience should get this one off their list of hotel motels Never again I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this place if makes any sense.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Lobby closes at 10pm and you won't be able to check-In. I had yo book another hotel for our first night. We only had 2 towels for 4 people for 4 nights. Fire alarm went off at 3am. Staff was useless. Never again!!!

Good amenities aside from the coffee machine being broke. Although it's got a nice amusement park down the street. Great places to get your grub on and they do! have a cracker barrel down the same street. :D

Check in took a long time as the front desk attendant was short staffed. Room was clean except for food left in the microwave oven. The floor was freshly mopped but was left wet and slippery. The hallways could have used a vacuuming.

The noise level was astounding- from the traffic as our room faced the highway and also from other guests all hours of the night. The floor was oily and slippery. The bedding is not cotton so not breathable and very uncomfortable. The shower stall was not clean. The room was shelter from the elements.

The front of the drawers was missing and no extra blankets or pillows. The elevator rug was dirty. The front of the hotel street dirty it was not the same place I visited my last time. You need to power clean street in front of the doors that’s one of my suggestions and the client tell has gone down as well.

This hotel canceled my reservation after I had called ahead to ensure that it would not be canceled due to a odd flight. I ended up having to go find a different hotel because I could not get a room at this one after a 12 hr travel night, even after having a reservation and calling ahead. The desk doesn't open until 9am, and someone had canceled my entire reservation to fit someone for 1 night.
