"Dylan’s place worked perfectly for what we needed. Easy and free parking on the street. Comfy beds. Not a ton to do in the area without driving but the area seems to be “up and coming”. The place is a little bare bones but worked fine for us. If you are a traveling family or have kids, maybe this isn’t the place for you but if you need a spot away from the hustle and bustle of the city and just need a place to crash with a decent bed this works fine. The price was great and we did find some good coffee and breakfast spots about 10-15 mins away. Overall a decent place to stay."

"The house and decor were lovely and the place was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and there were extra throws and blankets for changing Chicago weather. It rained the whole time we were there so used Ubers and Lyfts to get around. But it appears the house is about a 15 minute walk from the Obama Presidential Center which we strongly recommend. Bathrooms are nice, one on each level but only one tub with a shower. We were 3 visitors so all stayed in the first floor bedrooms. Kitchen was well appointed. There is a back deck sitting area with a firepit but we were unable to use it because of the weather. Street and area seems very quiet and there is street parking available. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We used Instacart to order groceries. The front entrance is 12 steps up to the front door which could be a challenge for some. The home is not suitable for someone with ADA needs."

"Three guests stayed at this residence. Loved each had individual room. Very clean and well stocked. Came specifically for Obama Presidential Center which was conveniently near residence. Also hit Millineum park & magnificent mile. Was lucky to come during Annual Jazz festival. Good selection of food within walking or Uber. Aldi near by for quick items. Parking on street with space in front of residence the entire time we stayed. Would definitely recommend!"
