「Every person (and one friendly dog named Rocky) at Hacienda Chichen-Itza is helpful! From an early check-in, to the front desk manager who made sure we had a lovely table for two during our one-night stay, to the servers, we had exceptional service. The pool is Olympic length I think, and great for lap swimming or just floating under the palm trees. The setting is unique and peaceful. Come to see the Mayan ruins; stay to enjoy being pampered. 」

「住了2晚，我们4个人，选的是阁楼套间，非常舒适，洗澡水也大。不过楼下楼上即使都开着空调，但是上下温度还是有差别。我们是包早饭的，早饭不错，选择也多。晚上是自助餐，价格是330当地货币，不含饮料。住这里就是看中离近点近，酒店边门就可以去看金字塔。席大大也来住过，服务人员很礼貌。免费停车，游泳池虽然不大，但是可以戏水，另外会有孔雀，蜥蜴等出没。」
