The house was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The back patio was a wonderful retreat from the windy beach. It could not have been nicer.

Very comfortable house in a beautiful part of the world. Would have been nice to have a king bed in the master bedroom, but apart from that absolutely spot on.

Beautiful bright home

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a convenient location, 15 min walk to West Wittering beach. Great pub across the road. Bright spacious lounge and kitchen with an outdoor patio. Clean and tidy rooms. The hot water stopped working while we were there but it was solved promptly.

Fabulous location to walk to West Wittering beach. Friendly owner Really excellent communication with owner and agent. Parking registered very easily with agent. Beautiful main room with lots of light. Lovely wooden floors. Completely safe garden for dogs. Ideal for one couple and children. Thank yoi for having us.

Nice house in nice location but not setup for a relaxing holiday

The house is nice and in a good location. However, no AC in the summer makes the house very hot. No fans were provided. The TV is very old and only works with DVDs. And the wifi is extremely poor. We had no service during our stay.

Lovely living room

Nice property as described. Living room has high ceilings and very nice feel to it. Helpful to have two bedrooms on the ground floor for kids. short distance to the beach and very nice pub across the street.

Fantastic stay !

Everything was wonderful! The only thing we would change ( could even stop us from staying again) is the double bed in the master room. A property of this quality must have at the very least a queen bed

Great location

Check in process was simple and we had everything we needed at the property... the bed in the master bedroom upstairs was a little small for us and super firm (just not what we are used to) , also there is a streetlight right by the bedroom window and whilst the shutters do an ok job of blocking that out, a sleep mask might be beneficial for those of you that are light sensitive for sleepy time, also the bathroom towels were quite small (if you are used to bathroom sheets reset your expectations or take your own), but that was no biggy. Having said all that, the house was lovely and had everything we needed. It was about 15 mins or so to walk to West wittering beach which is just glorious and the local amenities were just a 5 minute car journey away. We also took advantage of the activities suggested on the app provided by the hosts and did a lovely walk from Chichester harbour to the Ship and Anchor - the weather was kind to us and it was lovely. There is a pub pretty much opposite the house, but were not disturbed by that at all. All in all a lovely house in a great location.
