Great location, very cozy place and it has everything you need. Definitely would recommend to anyone and the owners are so lovely and welcoming, really felt at home here.

Great place to stay in Sussex

Very clean and well kept. Owner was very helpful and even ran out to get a hairdryer as there wasn’t one when I got there. She left a pint of milk, tea, coffee and sugar as a care package, which was really helpful after a long transatlantic flight. There was laundry soap for us to use too. She even offered to take out our garbage and recycling as we had to leave at 5 am to get to the airport on time. My only suggestions would be to put a mirror in the bedroom so you can see when drying your hair. A extra towel rail in addition to the heated one would have been useful. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, well equipped compact accommodation suitable for a short stay (up to 7days) for two people.

Accommodation and equipment was spotlessly clean; bed very comfortable, but sofa bed not very comfortable as a sofa. In a very quiet location with plenty of parking space and lots of walks nearby for the dog.

An attractive modern flat in a rural location, not far from local shops and Emsworth

The flat is a compact roof conversation, with everything new. It is in a beautiful rural location next to a hay field and not far from Emsworth.

Perfect for a short getaway for a single or couple

A little tucked away from Emsworth - you'll need the car for everything but the village pub, but very clean and has the basics. It isn't the largest flat ever, so better if you're Not over 6 foot tall. Comfortable, has enough parking for an XC90 and isn't far from anywhere really. Good for short breaks.
