「I loved this little cottage and chose it for the ability to have a kitchen to cook my own meals. Very clean. Nice and cool. It was very quiet with a lot of privacy. The only negative was that the bathroom light comes on automatically and at night that would bother me so a little duct tape to cover up the motion sensor was all I needed. I really enjoyed my stay there.」

「We were visiting Chico State and it was a perfect stay. Walking distance to campus and all restaurants an shops. Clean and comfy. Will book again when visiting.」

「This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek. Our first evening there we got to see out the window a deer and rabbits enjoying their evening meal. This is one of the most restful places we have ever stayed. The apartment was truly comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice after our hikes to return to the air conditioned room to cool...

「Allen and Karen were wonderful and responsive owners. Their rental is charming and well appointed. Sitting outside in this peaceful setting under the shade of a tree was just what we needed. So lovely. Location is easy access to so many things. We would certainly stay again and would certainly recommend.. 」
