“The apartment was nice and clean. Check in was a bit complicated requiring a coordination with Pina. She was nice and helpful. Parking was also complicated having to park in a pay zone and on certain days one could not park on a certain side of the street.
The biggest issue we had was with a neighbor from an adjoining unit (still not certain which one) that had a couple literally screaming at each other at all hours of the night. One night it was 3am and lasted for about two hours.

I stayed for three nights in Apartment No. 7 and, unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The property had a pervasive sewer odor throughout the apartment, making it extremely unpleasant to stay in.
Cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. The bedspreads appeared unwashed, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the shower was in poor condition with a leaking, malfunctioning faucet. The mattress in the bedroom……
