"The room appeared clean at first glance but once getting settled in we could see dirt and hair around the edges and here and there throughout. Would not consider it filthy, but was not impressed with what they considered clean. "

"his is a charming, ranch-style hotel set on a large property with a golf course, pool, and beautiful surroundings. The setting itself is relaxing and well-maintained, and overall the property has a lot of appeal. However, a good night’s sleep is unfortunately very difficult to achieve. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin—noise from the room above sounds like constant pounding and footsteps, and you can hear your neighbors’ TV with surprising clarity. On a positive note, the restaurant is excellent. Both the food and the service were very good and definitely a highlight of the stay. A couple of things to be aware of: the water bottles in the room are not complimentary (they cost $3.50 each), which was not clearly indicated. I was also surprised to see a $25 resort fee added to my bill, as this was not mentioned at check-in. Overall, it’s a nice property with great amenities, but unless you’re on the top floor with no one above you, don’t expect a quiet night’s sleep."

"We stayed here for a girls trip and had the best time. It's a great place where we all got our own beds and bathrooms. Great for the dog too! We loved being able to watch the sunset from the deck. Driving to Crater Lake and being able to come back the same day was ideal for us. Would love to come back in the summertime!"

"Property was lovely and condo well appointed. Comfy beds! The downside was the bbq grill did not work, the hot tub was out of order and there was a dog in the building howling all afternoon making a nap impossible. "
