The neighborhood is private and gated. Roads are paved and accessible — no 4WD required, though the area is naturally hilly.

Guests have private access to the entire home.
A unique door code will be provided prior to check-in.

Welcome! A few simple rules keep the cottage wonderful for you and every family after you:

- Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM.
- Up to 6 guests, matching your reservation.
- Quiet hours 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. Please be considerate of neighbours.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
- Pets welcome - up to 2, with a $150 pet fee. Please clean up after them and don`t leave them unattended unless crated.

Bears: this is bear country and it matters. All rubbish must be bagged, and the bear cage must be closed with the deterrent straps fastened on the lids after every single use. An unsecured bin brings a bear to the door.

Hot tub: rinse before you get in, keep children supervised, no glass on the deck, and replace the cover when you`re done.

Report any damage straight away - honest guests are never penalised for accidents.

Staying past check-out without approval is charged as one additional night at your nightly rate.
