Large Farmhouse in the country!

This restored 1900's built farmhouse is cozy and perfect for getting away to relax. Conveniently located 15-minutes outside of Waco. With a firepit fully equipped with wood and everything you need for s'more making, a wraparound porch to enjoy coffee and a fun game room to experience some of the classic video games to include Zelda, Mega man and Super Mario. Come build memories in the nostalgia of old and new at the Cozy Illy!
Guest access
You have access to the whole interior and backyard and carport. There is a renter in the back warehouse, fyi. Please do not disturb them.

The site is the largest known concentration of mammoths dying from a (possibly) reoccurring event, which is believed to have been a flash flood. The mammoths on site did not all die at the same time but rather during three separate events in the same area

  • The Cameron Park Zoo in Waco, Texas is a terrific zoo! The zoo has a great range of animals and exhibits and the grounds are well kept and spacious. There's lots of shade to keep you somewhat cool during those hot Texan summer months if you visit during that time frame. The animal enclosures are nice, and can really give you great views of the animals themselves if you are a bit patient. This also makes for great photo views, as shown here with this photo of an approaching jaguar. Food and snack prices are also very reasonable, as are prices for souvenirs. This zoo makes for a great day out for the family.
