"The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel parking is easily accessible, and the car bays are not a tight fit. The meals are tasty although I only had dinner there and not breakfast. If there was one thing that I think could be improved on is the beds are very firmed and slightly uncomfortable."

"The hotel is very well situated for access to the city with public transport outside the front of the building. My Executive Studio was very well equipped including coffee machine and pods. The room was perfect for my needs. The only downside was emergency alarms going off each night at about 7.30pm due to people cooking without using extractor fans. On descending to the foyer we were told it was a false alarm. My concern was that no checks had been made before we were told to return to rooms. It seems like this is a regular occurrence. Other than that, this was a good place to stay and met all my needs."
