"Clean room, comfortable bed but no duvet covers on duvet and poor sound insulation from next room meaning sleep was disrupted. They blamed it on giving me a connected room. They gave me a late check out to 6 as opposed to 11 to make up for this but I had raised these concerns earlier. Location is excellent! "

"The building is very unique as it is in an old bank. Overall, had a good stay. However, the room was quite warm as the air conditioning was not working properly. We weren’t offered a room switch. However, I was offered a credit for the next time I stay. But not sure when I will use it as I don’t go to Toronto that often."

"The hotel is new and fresh. The breakfast selection is magnificent for a small hotel and there is something for everyone. The front desk offer a decent confectionary should you be looking for something else to snack on during your stay. There were a variety of other activities in the lobby/games area, foosball, air hockey and shuffle board. There was plenty of parking and the staff were all very friendly. My only complaint was the shuttle from the airport. They give you instructions to call once you are at the pickup spot and then there were wait times of 30 minutes. The shuttle van is quite small and was very cramped when full. "
