"Luxury hotel with amazing guest service. We caught a red eye flight with a 7 month baby and were so exhausted, luckily rooms were available and we were able to check in at 11am. Can’t even put how grateful we were for that! Extremely convenient as lower level had shops, pharmacy, and food court so we didn’t have to leave into the cold if we needed anything. Location is in the center heart of downtown Toronto. We walked 10min to Roger’s center for the blue jays game. Bars and restaurants just across the street of the hotel and union station right in front for easy transportation to and from YYZ airport"

"Room was very nice, i like the welcome sign with my name on the TV, The bed was amazing so good and soft, everyday after housekeeping the room was clean, organized, bathroom clean, the pool was awesome my daughter had a blast, the breakfast was great variety every day i would say, everything was amazing, when i come back i would definitely stay here again and would recommend friends and family to stay there."
