Welcome to MoManna Retreat in Silver Sails Landing. This phenomenal End-Unit Townhome is located in a wonderful little community, Silver Sails. One of the most unique and wonderful features of this Neighborhood is that it has a spectacular Community Swimming Pool for you to enjoy after a day on the Beach! This is a rarity on Chincoteague Island and your family will love having this amenity! Silver Sails is tucked in the middle of Chincoteague Island, with easy access to everywhere you want to be, yet feels a million miles away from the real world.

This stunning Townhome has been newly renovated, and has all the bells and whistles one could want. The spacious Living Area with a comfy Sectional Sofa is perfect to sink into after a day of searching for our famous Wild Ponies at Assateague National Seashore - less than 10 minutes away! You’ll enjoy Free WiFi, Flat Screen Smart TV, and an array of games for the kids - and the kid in you! Just off the Living Area is a Bonus Room, as well. You’ll find a Sofa, Flat Screen TV, and comfy sofa perfect when you just want a little "me time". It makes the perfect mini movie theater, and is perfect for when the adults are looking for a bit of quiet time. There’s also a Half Bath convenient to the Living Area.

We just love the open layout of MoManna - perfect for spending time together without ever feeling crowded. Just off the Living Area, you’ll find the Chef’s Kitchen with Stainless Appliances, gleaming Granite Countertops, and all the comforts of home. Dine in the comfort of Central AC at the huge Dining Table, or wander out to the Patio and dine Al-Fresco while taking in that salty, sweet sea breeze - there’s nothing like it.

Love what you’re hearing so far?! We aren’t done yet! Y’all are going to adore the All Season Sunroom that lines the back of MoManna! With brand new comfy and beachy furnishings to sink into, and a fun Rope Chair, it’s just another awesome space to enjoy each other’s company. After dinner, wander out to the Fire Pit on the Patio, toast marshmallows, and share stories of the day’s adventures, all while taking in that magical salty, sweet sea breeze.

MoManna Retreat sleeps 8 comfortably in 3 Bedrooms. The Primary Bedroom is on the 1st Floor, with a comfy King Bed, and Private Bathroom with Custom Walk-in Shower. Wandering upstairs, Bedroom 2 also has a King, while Bedroom 3 is great for the kiddos with 2 sets of Twin Bunkbeds, and sleeps 4. This layout makes this adorable home ideal for a large family, or 2 smaller families to share!
