The condo was perfect. It was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The view was amazing and the beautiful deck was so relaxing. It was very quiet and the area was safe and clean.

We had issues with our access code but the emergency line was quick to help. The condo was perfect. Clean and spacious.

Nice building and condos

We stayed before. Enjoy location and love being able to take our dog. Condo provided everything and response to heating unit noise as well as heat going out next day was quick. Everyone was very prompt and friendly. Love looking out over water. Only suggestions are that sliding glass door in this unit needs a curtain or blinds. No privacy in great room and while heat was out cold air poured in. Also noise of big machine for waste or something next to the building is very loud and runs all the time. Thanks for a great time!

Stunning, Immaculate, Comfortable

Upon entry we were all impressed with the spacious beauty of 309. Everything was clean and inviting. We were left a few household paper products (you'll need tissues and extra toilet paper) and soaps to get us started. Each guest was provided one towel, and linens were left on the edge of the beds so that you know they're clean. You'll have to make your bed upon arrival. The gym space, beautiful balcony area, stunning views of the bay, and close proximity to some great shops and restaurants were just a few highlights. Anything you needed in the kitchen (with the exception of a baking sheet) could be found in the kitchen. The ice machine and spacious refrigerator came in handy when packing beach coolers and coordinating meals. Everyone on the premises was friendly, and the host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. From start to finish, this was a seamless and exceptional experience. You'd be silly not to stay here!

The view from the master bedroom was incredible. Overall, the house was accommodating and comfortable. Some additional attention could be paid to updating the quality of the sheets and providing more towels for our stay. The coffee pot also needs replaced.

Lots of space and good location! The bay view was nice and the kids loved the pool. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Had to call early the first morning as one of the toilets was plugged up and not flushing down, and the A/C stopped working overnight. They had someone come out very quickly to get both things fixed. We still had to be very careful about the one toilet though and my husband had to use the plunger another time or two throughout the stay.
