"We had a room in building 5 - the carpet was dirty and the bathroom"

"Registration was easy, was able to add my Hilton Honors number to the room to use the app for digital key. Ice maker wasn't working on our floor, but could go down one level. Housekeeping didn't come on day 1, but easily requested additional towels, and they came every day the rest of our trip. Self parking was easy, clean, safe. Easy in and out with room key. Easy check out key drop. Hotel is conveniently located near Anaheim sites. Walking distance to Disney, though there is a pay city bus stop right in front of the hotel. A's stadium, maybe not walkable. Garden walk close by. Disney official parking lots nearby if meeting local people. Plenty of chain and local dining. Did not use many of the hotel amenities as we were only at the hotel to shower and sleep. Be aware if your room faces the courtyard, events can go late into evenings, without any kind of notification from the hotel. This happened to us mid-week, on the day before our early flight out. Ultimately I would stay there again, but I might also try other options in my preferred hotel families."
