“房間內很乾淨也還算舒服空間使用的不錯，老闆很聰明省了入住及退房手續，但也有些不安心，萬一我們退房而其他人進入破壞算誰的？。但是早餐真的很差，不如直接不要給早餐，我們自己會準備，因為這裏離最近的超市開車也要10多分鐘，給了餅乾和小小的放很久的麵包及飲料。隔音敦備不好，隔壁的半夜入住都被吵醒了。”

“Welcome was wonderfully Staff were really polite nice efficient helpful Nothing was too much trouble The lady & Guy who were both there on our Late return from the Concert we attended in Bath was really luvly so was the same lady on Duty for our Breakfast & Departure the next Morning. “We came to this property for the Jane Austen Festival and were more than pleased with its close proximity to central Bath and all the Jane Austen sites to see! Sergio was accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Bath! ”

“Lovely location, rooms and buildings. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens and park are gorgeous. Welcome and service excellent. We stayed after a visit to Longleat and it was the perfect relaxing stop after a busy day. Only thing that could have made it better would have been if food and drinks were available there in the evening, the cafe closes at 5. We drove to Frome and had an excellent meal in Little Walcot. ”

“Apart from the damp toilet and the lack of shampoo and conditioner, everything is fine. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included for a fee, which is nice as I was attending a conference at the university and there aren't that many food choices on campus. Only one canteen serves dinner, so be prepared to eat in the town. Overall, this place feels safe for solo travellers and is especially suitable if you are there for work at the university. It takes a 12-min bus ride to go to……
